Talent AssistantBACK TO OUR TEAM
An integral member of the Talent Team, Natalie plays a key role in managing the employee life cycle. She delivers the on-boarding process of our employees, ensuring that they settle in well and responds to any employee questions and concerns. She helps to ensure the Talent function is efficient and effective through maintaining accurate HR data and managing our HRIS.
Natalie also co-ordinates trainings and supports on ad-hoc people-related projects, with a particular focus on employee well-being and engagement. She is inspired by the positive impact that Blue Latitude's work can have on people's lives.
Natalie graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in History in 2019 and her desire to continue learning has led her to begin the Level 3 CIPD Certificate in HR practice. This will compliment her role and develop her knowledge and skills in the HR profession.
Outside of work, Natalie loves to travel and some of her favourite destinations she has visited already include Tanzania, Belize, Vietnam and Bali! In her spare time, she listens to pop culture or history podcasts and is attempting to brush up her German speaking skills on Duolingo. She is also partial to a bottomless brunch at the weekends!
