Amit is an expert on user experience. His role includes planning qualitative and quantitative research to explore the needs of healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers, producing data-driven content strategy, creating site maps and information architectures, and conducting user testing.
Amit started at Blue Latitude Health as a research intern in the CX team, working on an MSc thesis about how mental health providers assess cognitive behavioural therapy apps before recommending them to patients, and establishing evidence-based guidelines for app design. Before his studies Amit worked as a business development manager for start-ups in Israel and Berlin. He speaks Hebrew and some German.
While studying for his MSc in human-computer interaction design, Amit worked as a UX researcher at the City Interaction Lab at City, University of London, where he ran usability testing for clients including Sony, Virgin Atlantic and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Outside of work, Amit enjoys reading, hiking, photography, and spending time with his family. He’s also a fan of all things music, and can often be found enjoying the latest West End show, a music festival, and even DJing at small gigs.
