As a CX Consultant at Blue Latitude Health, Dorottya ensures rich research insights are applied to the strategy and deliverables for an agency of record account.
Her day-to-day role is varied and includes insight generation, customer research and the creation of design artefacts, which visualise rich insights.
She also translates insights into service concepts, guaranteeing research results and insights are efficiently communicated to the client and the project team.
Dorottya is particularly interested in unravelling the complex challenges involved in localising international brand campaigns.
Before joining Blue Latitude Health, Dorottya studied at Oxford Brooks university where she earnt her BA (Hons) in Business languages and Marketing Communication.
She then went on to work as a brand manager for OTC and prescription pharmaceutical products at the local and international level.
As well as speaking English Dorottya is fluent in Hungarian and German. In her free time Dorottya loves to travel and see her family in Hungary, as well as reading and indulging in a cold Bloody Mary.
