With 10+ years in consulting, brand strategy and advertising, Daphne has developed brand and marketing strategies, designed insight-mining programmes, directed creative campaigns and built key client accounts. She has worked on a broad range of initiatives in marketing, including re-designing the market access process for a top-tier pharma company, developing market entry strategy for a cancer therapy in Europe and the US, communication strategy for an arthritis drug in Europe, and market access strategy for gene therapy in Europe, as well as devising customer segmentation strategy for a major generics company in Russia.
Before moving to consulting, Daphne spent four years in both creative and account roles in advertising. She originally started as a creative copywriter, developing brand positioning, messaging and advertising copy for several products. In account direction, she worked with pharmaceutical and medical device companies on their established and launch products.
Daphne has a unique background combining medical science, science journalism and business, having completed degrees in disease biology and science communication, and obtained an MBA. She is also a certified coach, focussing on helping individuals develop their resilience, communication and leadership skills.
Outside of the office, you can often find Daphne in London museums sketching people and sculptures. She’s an avid piano player, but also likes the adrenaline rush of rock climbing.
