Elisa holds a BS in Biology and post graduate work in Psychology as well as an MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (Human Factors) and has nearly 30 years’ experience as a UX practitioner.
During her career Elisa has provided services including user experience strategy, research and design, as well as educating and training clients to develop their own CX capabilities. Elisa has been responsible for the creation or building of UX teams for almost two decades.
She has worked in more than 25 countries for clients including Eli Lilly, Nuffield Health, GSK, Canon, Thomson Reuters Life Sciences, Bayer, BMS, Astra Zeneca, and Boehringer Ingelheim.
Elisa is a blogger, UXPA mentor, published author in both research, practitioner books, and opinion articles. She has been a speaker and leader in the User Experience industry for nearly three decades and continues to be an invited speaker at conferences, universities and professional society events.
