Announcing October’s Employee of the Month…

Eva Van der Borght|8th November 2016

Here at Blue Latitude Health, we like to shine a spotlight on our employees and the hard work they deliver. That’s why the Social Committee introduced an ‘Employee of the Month’ award where everyone can send in their nominations.

This month’s winner is Simon Young, a Director and our Head of Commercial. In the last 10 years, Simon has partnered with a huge range of clients in over 30 markets, giving him a truly global view. This last month, Simon’s global view has helped to put BLH in front of several potential new clients, generating a very busy month of pitching and delivering against challenging new briefs for our teams.

On top of that, he has inspired everyone at Blue Latitude Health to pitch in and pull together to really make the last three months a massive success.

Some of the feedback he received this month

His commitment to securing new business, even in the toughest situations, is incredible.
He has won a lot of new business so far, and is powering on through, sacrificing a lot of his time to it.
It’s a mammoth task, but he manages to galvanise the team and inspire people to contribute what they can, while juggling his already enormous to-do list!
It seems he has cranked up the dial even more this month, helping us to secure some fantastic pieces of new business, and working across all capabilities to maximise the company’s outputs.

Congratulations Simon!
